  • How does the storage option work?
    While filling out the free estimate forms, you will be asked to notify us if you will require storage for your belongings. We will process your estimate and provide you with a personalized quote detailing all the storage information and pricing. Each client's needs are addressed on an individual bases, so all information and pricing will differ from case-to-case based on your specific needs.
  • Wrong shipping address?
    Please contact us and let us know of the problem as soon as your realize the mistake. Items will be shipped to the address provided by you in the contact form filled out on our page. If a re-direct is needed, a small redirect fee will be billed by UPS and charged to your payment on file.   • Where is the storage facility?
    For security purposes we do not openly disclose this information. If you’re wanting the address upon or after we pick up your items, please feel free to ask us then and we will be happy to let you know where your belongings are being kept safely!
  • Can I extend my storage time?

  • Can I go to the storage facility myself to pickup/drop off?
    Absolutely! We understand you may need access to your belongings if for some reason we can't fit you in to our schedule by the date you need your items moved. Please contact us at least 3 days prior to the date you would like to pickup/drop off to ensure an easy transition directly from the storage facility. We do require a 48-hour confirmation window before any self-pickup as well as a small additional service fee for someone in our facility to move your belongings to the front of the office.   • Oh no! I missed my pickup... What do I do now?
    Contact us directly and we will work with you to check what solution is best for the situtation. There will be an additional rescheduling fee, but we will do our best to resolve the issue and get your items moved to their new home!
  • What can I store?
    The main items stored are packed and sealed boxes. In addition, we also move furniture items that are addressed on a case-by-case basis considering the wide range of sizes for the individual, unboxed items. The belongings we move are protected with blankets, padding and special covers at no additional cost to you. We cannot receive, deliver, store or ship any dangerous, hazerdous, or illegal Items.   • How safe are my things?
    Our storage facility is fully secured and climate controlled. Your items will stay safe and sound until they are delivered back to you!
